Healthcare Partnership Liaison (Full-Time)
We believe that comprehensive patient care requires collaboration. We are looking for an excellent communicator to help us build bridges within the broader medical community across Mumbai.
- The Role: You will be the face of Crystal Hearing Solutions among allied medical professionals. Your focus will be on building strong, collaborative relationships with clinics and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients experiencing hearing difficulties have a seamless, trusted pathway to the specialized audiological care they need.
- Who You Are: A professional, empathetic relationship-builder who understands the healthcare landscape and is passionate about creating networks of care.
Community Awareness & Outreach Coordinator (Full-Time)
Hearing care is a community effort, and we want to take our support directly to those who need it most.
- The Role: You will spearhead our community engagement initiatives. By partnering with senior living communities, residential societies, NGOs, and schools for the hearing impaired, you will organize awareness programs and hearing check-up camps. Your goal is to educate the public on auditory health and ensure that individuals who are isolated by hearing loss can easily access our supportive services.
- Who You Are: A proactive, warm, and highly organized individual who loves interacting with people and is driven by the desire to make a tangible difference in the community.
Clinical Audiologist (Full-Time • RCI Certified)
Our audiologists are the heart of our practice, combining deep diagnostic expertise with genuine, patient-focused care.
- The Role: You will guide patients through their journey to better hearing, from newborns to senior citizens. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations (PTA, BERA, OAE, and Impedance Audiometry), precise hearing aid programming and fitting, custom ear mould impressions, and providing lifelong aftercare and tinnitus management.
- Who You Are: A fully RCI-certified professional with a gentle bedside manner, exceptional clinical skills, and the patience to help individuals adapt to their new hearing solutions.
