How a Visit to Our Hearing Aid Clinic Goes
Whichever clinic you visit, the steps are the same.
- Book. Call +91 70457 87045 or WhatsApp +91 99677 49388. Both are answered from 9 am to 9 pm, every day of the week.
- A free consultation. An RCI-certified audiologist asks about your hearing and the situations you find hard.
- Your hearing test. The audiologist tests your hearing and explains your results.
- Try before you buy. If a hearing aid will help, you can take one home on a free 7-day trial.
- Your fitting. Real Ear Measurement (REM) is available for fittings at every clinic, to check the sound your hearing aid gives you in your own ear.
- Aftercare. Crystal C.A.R.E. comes in tiers, and the foundation tier is free of cost with every hearing aid bought from us.

What Is an Audiologist?
An audiologist is a hearing care professional trained to test hearing, find the type and degree of a hearing loss, and fit and fine-tune hearing aids. An ENT doctor treats diseases of the ear, nose and throat. An audiologist measures how well you hear and helps you hear better.
In India, audiologists are registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). All our audiologists are RCI-certified.
