Made for the moments when everyone talks at once
Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aid on Signia’s new Multi-adaptive Xperience platform. A small case sits behind your ear, and a thin wire carries the sound into your ear canal.
Inside is one MaX chip running four deep neural networks, each with its own job: speech, your own voice, the sounds around you and noise. A deep neural network is a kind of artificial intelligence that learns from examples. Signia trained these on 40 million sound samples, covering 11 languages, 6 music genres and thousands of real voices, so they can tell one sound from another, such as a voice from the clatter of plates.
It is designed for the places hearing aid wearers often find hardest: family functions, weddings, restaurants and meetings.

You are waiting alone at a busy restaurant. There is noise, but no one is talking to you and you are not speaking. MaX takes the edge off the noise and keeps enough of the atmosphere for you to feel part of the room.

Four AI networks on one chip
Signia calls this Acoustic Intelligence: four AI systems working as one. Your left and right hearing aids also share what they detect, and decide together.
Conversations with several people
Follows the voices of several people in a group conversation and lifts them, so you can take part with confidence, even as the talk moves around the table. It identifies speech in about 50 milliseconds.

Your own voice, natural
Keeps your own voice sounding natural, even in quick conversation. It works straight out of the box, with no calibration at the clinic, because it was trained on thousands of voices.

Charging and connection
Charge once, and stay connected all day
No small batteries to change. Put MaX in its charger at night, and it is ready for the morning. On a full charge it gives up to 28 hours of use, including 5 hours of streaming. That helps on a long day out, or at a wedding that runs late.
A full charge takes 4 hours. In a hurry? 30 minutes of charging gives up to 6 hours of use. The pocket-size portable charger holds up to 4 full charges.
MaX streams calls and music from your phone, and a telecoil picks up sound from a hearing loop, where a hall or a counter has one. In the Signia One app you can adjust your hearing aids, and Signia Assistant gives you personalised support and answers troubleshooting questions in everyday language.
